Our AI-powered agents help teams debug faster, release confidently, and scale testing effortlessly.We’re on a mission to help global engineering teams ship quality software at speed, and we’re looking for sharp, technically strong individuals to join us on that journey.About the RoleAs a Customer Engineering Intern, you’ll be working directly with global developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and tech leaders to solve real-world testing challenges.This is not a typical support role. You’ll debug automation scripts, troubleshoot cloud execution environments, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams.If you enjoy solving complex problems and understanding how large-scale systems work, this role will accelerate your growth.What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot automation issues across Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.
• Debug test failures across real devices and browser environments
• Support customers via chat, email, and calls (rotation shifts)
• Assist with CI/CD integrations and API-related queries
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to resolve escalations
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements
• Manage SLAs and ensure world-class technical support

What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills

• BTech / MTech / MCA (CS/IT preferred)
• Strong DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) fundamentals
• Proficiency in at least one language: JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP
• Solid understanding of APIs and web-based applications
• Basic knowledge of automation testing concepts

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
