What You’ll Own (and Ace)

We are looking for a Customer Success Architect to ensure the success of our clients. In this role, you will understand customer needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with our clients. Your deep technical knowledge will be key to helping them succeed.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

Experience & Technical Expertise:

  • 3-5 years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong experience in managing customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Java+TestNG, Node.js, Python+Pytest, Cucumber, and Katalon.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integrations.
  • Experience with tools like Sumologic and ticketing systems to track and improve customer experience.

Communication & Mindset:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong focus on solving customer problems.
  • The ability to work closely with various internal teams.

  • Working closely with the Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Support teams to drive customer success.
  • Running surveys and developing plans to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leveraging tools like Sumologic and ticketing systems to track and improve the customer experience.
