What You’ll Own (and Ace)

As a Business Development Representative at LambdaTest, you are a key driver of new business. You will identify and qualify leads from various marketing campaigns, proactively seek new business opportunities, and support the sales team to expand our customer base in the dynamic SaaS space. Your ability to engage with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions will be crucial to our growth.You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Engaging with clients via email, phone, and social media.
  • Suggesting tailored product solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Supporting sales teams with meeting scheduling and market research.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR or Account Executive role, ideally within a SaaS startup.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho and Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Communication & Mindset:

  • A passion for technology and its impact on business.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to finding and pursuing new opportunities.
