What you'll do:
Forget cold calling. This role is all about managing inbound interest and spotting enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct platform tours and demos: You'll be the first human point of contact for many users. You'll hop on calls to demo the Apify platform, explaining how web automation tools can solve their specific problems.
- Lead triage and qualification: You'll master the art of categorization. For smaller users, you'll guide them toward self-service plans (credit card sign-up). If and when high-potential enterprise leads are uncovered via discovery, you'll use the BANT framework to qualify them and hand them over to the Account Executive team.
- Inbound pipeline management: You'll monitor incoming lead channels, ensuring every "hand-raiser" gets a timely and helpful response.
- Campaign orchestration: You'll assist the senior team in setting up and organizing multichannel outreach strategies, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how outbound sales campaigns are built.
- CRM hygiene: You'll meticulously document user needs, feedback, and deal stages in the CRM to ensure data accuracy for the wider growth team.
Who we're looking for:
- You have at least 1 year of customer-facing experience. (Retail, hospitality, customer support, or junior salesโif you've dealt with people and solved their problems, we want to talk to you).
- You're "tech-curious." You don't need to be a coder, but you need to be excited to learn how web scraping, data extraction, and AI agents work so you can explain it to others.
- You're an active listener. You can listen to a user's problem and quickly identify if they need a quick self-service fix or a custom enterprise solution.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You're resilient and organized. You can handle a high volume of tasks and switch context quickly without losing your cool.
What we expect from you in the first 3 months:
- Master the "Apify pitch": Be able to confidently navigate the platform and conduct a compelling 15-minute demo for a new user.
- Become a qualification expert: Demonstrate the ability to quickly distinguish between a "Self-Service" user and an "Enterprise" opportunity using the internal frameworks.
- Drive revenue: Successfully convert smaller leads to paid credit-card plans and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
