Job Description: SDR Enablement Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Enablement Manager to join our Global Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving the programs, tools, and processes that enable our global SDR organization to maximize pipeline creation, accelerate productivity, and deliver consistent, high-quality engagement with prospects.
This is a highly collaborative role working across sales leadership, marketing, product, and broader enablement to ensure SDRs have the knowledge, skills, messaging, and resources they need to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a global SDR enablement strategy aligned with company GTM priorities.
- Partner with SDR leadership to assess skill and knowledge gaps and design targeted training programs.
- Build scalable onboarding, ramp-up, and continuous learning programs to ensure SDR productivity and consistency worldwide.

Training & Content Development
Design, deliver, and maintain training on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, competitive positioning, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate new positioning, campaigns, and product updates into SDR-friendly talk tracks, scripts, and plays.
- Develop playbooks and resources that equip SDRs to effectively handle inbound, outbound, and ABX-driven leads.

Performance Optimization
- Track SDR performance metrics and pipeline creation trends to measure enablement impact.
- Implement best practices for call blitzes, outreach cadences, personalization, and leveraging AI/automation tools.
- Partner with SDR leaders to coach frontline managers on driving skill and behavior adoption.

Global Collaboration
- Align regional enablement activities to ensure consistency across geographies while adapting to local nuances.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across SDR teams globally.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with AE enablement, Marketing, RevOps, and other GTM functions.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Enablement, with at least 1 years focused on SDR/BDR functions.
- Strong understanding of SDR workflows, prospecting strategies, and modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Experience building scalable onboarding and training programs across multiple regions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness through performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise sales, or fast-growth tech environments.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of The Message, or other modern sales methodologies.
- Prior enablement experience supporting SDR or AE teams
