About the position

We're seeking a Solutions Engineer Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to strengthen Azion's position in Brazil (Enterprise & Mid-Market) and lead our expansion into global markets. You'll cover the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-sales—designing architectures, leading integrations, and unlocking the value of Azion's platform. You will represent Azion in new regions, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and other teams to drive customer success, while also applying strong troubleshooting skills when needed.

Your Impact

• Drive technical expansion with new and existing customers in Brazil, then scale across LatAm and the USA, building strong customer and partner relationships;
• Own pre-sales motions: Develop and deliver technical scopes, proposals, demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and respond to RFPs/RFIs to ensure technical success with clear success criterias;
• Act as a trusted advisor on integration, deployment, performance, compute and security best practices;
• Engage Product Marketing and Engineering with structured customer feedback; document workshops/training outcomes and ensure visibility in CRM;
• Support Sales and Technical Support to remove technical blockers and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Educate customers on Azion's Edge platform and competitive differentiation;
• Navigate complex sales cycles and tailor the message from engineers to C-level.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, web servers, networks, and systems (including cloud environments);
• Deep understanding of security: Firewall, WAF/WAAP, DDoS, Bot Management, Zero Trust;
• Strong knowledge of API/REST principles and design;
• Experience with programming languages, preferably Python or Go;
• Knowledge of GraphQL;
• Experience running complex RFP/RFI processes and delivering technical proposals;
• Excellent communication; ability to tailor technical content to diverse audiences;
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities;
• Entrepreneurial mindset to open work in new markets and challenge the status quo.

• Experience with Edge Computing solutions;
• Experience in SQL and No-SQL Database and programming languages;
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

FlexWork Model
