What this role is all about:
The Solution Engineer is a key technical contributor who bridges Infobip and telecom partners. You are responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable telecom and connectivity solutions.
Working closely with telecom operators, and internal stakeholders, you support the full solution lifecycle—from pre-sales and technical discovery to design, integration, deployment, and delivery. You ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
You collaborate with regional Operations and Sales teams, Product Development, Core Connectivity, Purchasing. Depending on project complexity, you act as a project manager or support senior project leads, providing hands-on technical guidance and ownership throughout the process.
This role offers continuous learning and impact: you will build deep expertise in Infobip’s products, telecom ecosystem, and internal business processes while providing feedback that helps shape future product improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales, negotiations, and solution definition with customers and telecom partners.
- Collect and analyze technical requirements and translate them into solution designs and integration plans.
- Conduct technical demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and enablement sessions.
- Own or support project management activities during design, integration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Produce clear, accurate technical documentation.
- Support regional teams through delivery and closing phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide structured feedback to Product Development based on real customer and telecom needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

- You have a technical understanding of Infobip’s products and telecom solutions.
- You understand customer and telecom partner businesses and can clearly map needs to solutions.
- You build strong relationships with sales, operations, and technical teams.
- You proactively identify innovative use cases and improvement opportunities.
- You consistently deliver high-quality solutions with excellent customer satisfaction.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, system integration, or similar roles.
- Experience in Telecommunications environments.
- Strong project management experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
