Senior Technical Customer Success Engineer - Spanish or German-speaking

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering mindset who enjoys working hands-on with data, models, and tools to deliver solutions that create real value for engineering teams.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with senior delivery leads, you’ll focus on the detailed technical execution of customer solutions, bringing strong engineering understanding into every stage of delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Becoming a power user of the Monolith platform and associated tools

· Working hands-on with customer engineering data (test, simulation, manufacturing, etc.)

· Applying machine learning concepts within the context of real mechanical engineering workflows

· Supporting the delivery of bespoke customer solutions across multiple projects

· Investigating customer engineering problems in depth to design and refine high-quality solutions

· Supporting customer onboarding, training, and technical enablement

· Helping translate mechanical engineering challenges into concrete technical work

· Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure technically robust delivery

A bit about you

· You have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

· You understand engineering development processes and how engineers use test and simulation data

· You enjoy going deep into technical detail to solve complex problems

· You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and data-driven workflows

· You are comfortable learning and adopting new technical platforms and tools

· You care deeply about delivering high-quality outcomes for customers

· You are fluent in German and/or Spanish (spoken and written)

It’s a bonus if you have

· Industry experience in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or similar engineering domains

· Hands-on experience with physical testing, simulation, or design optimisation

· Experience working with engineering data at scale
