What this role is all about
As a Customer Support Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure the best possible customer experience. This role requires a curious, analytical mindset and a genuine passion for helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
What you'll do
- Provide technical customer support, troubleshooting issues related to SQL, programming logic, and computer networks.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems by digging deeper and applying a systematic, analytical approach.
- Deliver the best possible client experience by being responsive, supportive, and solution-oriented.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, colleagues, and engineering teams in English and the local language.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Stay curious and continuously learn how things work and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and patience.

- At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
- Working knowledge and experience with SQL, programming logic, and computer networks.
