What yourrole includes:

For successful applicants, we will work together to develop a tailored on-boarding plan, highlighting your experience andfocusing on development inother areas of the role. This mayinclude,product training, assigning abuddyor coach,research of the identity market and partner integrations,shadowing other members of theSEteam,and practicingmessagingand demonstrations.

Once you are ready,you’llwork with our team of account executivesto develop and progress sales opportunities.Whenaligned,you’llbe responsible forthe opportunity from a technical perspective, focusingon a consultative approach.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities.

• Joiningan initialcall, to discover and refine challenges which a prospective customer is facing.

• Providingplatform demonstrationsacross all levels of stakeholders fromCxOto SME.

• Answering technical questions,for exampleresponding to RFPsand pre-sales queries.

• Providingstrategic guidance on implementing identity programmes.

• Translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams across sales, product, and engineering.

You’llalso have time to develop your skills, and attend internal training sessions, along with supporting the wider SE team with any questions or advice. Therearealso regular team callsto discuss anychallenges andcelebrate wins together.

We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our EMEA Solutions Engineering team in theDACH region.ExistingSaaSpre-sales experience isveryadvantageous, as is any background in selling or running an identity platform.

Technical skills:

• You have a strong technical understanding of Infrastructure,Governance &Access Management.

• You understand/ haveexperience withSaaS solutionsand AI-driven solutions.

• You have an understanding orexperienceinIdentity Security, and key identity principles.

• You have an understanding or experience withIaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Experience with Java, XML, LDAP,SQLand APIs in general would be an advantage.
