Senior Sales Manager - Chile
This is a position for Chile to lead the sales team based in Santiago. This is a Senior Manager-level, quota-carrying leadership role for a hands-on builder who thrives in complex, technical enterprise sales environments.
This role owns revenue for the country and plays a defining role in building the company’s sales engine in the region.The successful candidate will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution in complex enterprise sales environments.
What you will do:
- Own and drive full-cycle corporate sales across the whole Chile country from prospecting to close.
- Build/manage a local pipeline across financial services, education, mining, public sector organizations, telcos and device-financing players.
- Lead complex sales processes involving technical integrations and external partners.
- Develop/execute on the in country GTM strategy, identifying high-ROI verticals and segments.
- Build and grow senior-level client relationships, including C-Levels stakeholders.
- Expand existing accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells and new use cases.
- Partner closely with product, onboarding and leadership teams to refine business value and scale client adoption.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, booking and pipeline hygiene.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Chile.
- Strong background selling technology: software, telecom, hardware or infrastructure solutions (On-Premise or Cloud based).
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, including contracts of $500k+ ARR.
- Experience selling into fintechs, financial institutions, telcos, OEMs or adjacent ecosystems.
- Comfortable with technical sales conversations involving integrations, APIs , DevOps, Cultural Transformation, etc.
- Hunter mentality with strong closing instincts.
- Metrics-driven operator with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
- High EQ with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
- Pragmatic, structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced settings.
- Strong professional English, both spoken and written.
