About the Position

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team. As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the full sales process, from identifying prospects to finalizing deals with both new and existing clients.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing projects with new clients (hunting) as well as existing clients (upsell).

Additionally, the ability to handle customer objections and strategically convey technical knowledge is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and meet the target quarterly and annual quota of increasing MRR;
  • Identify target accounts using a strategic and timely approach, supported by qualitative analysis and data-driven insights;
  • Understand customer's businesses and industries in order to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions;
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients and prospects;
  • Close deals, overcome objections and negotiate contracts;
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline management.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role in the technology sector and/or experience in B2B prospect;
  • Commercial experience and technical knowledge in technology areas, preferably such as Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, Hosting or Security;
  • Advanced English proficiency for writing and listening;
  • Technical or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in IT Consulting, SaaS sales, and working in sectors like E-commerce, Finance, Technology, or related fields;
  • Experience with SPIN Selling, BANT, and MEDDPICC;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and web applications;
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency;
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales role.
