What this role is all about
As an Account Executive, you will play a key individual contributor role within our regional sales structure, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. Your core mission is to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with both existing leads and prospective key clients from a defined target account list. By proactively recommending Infobip’s products and services to high-touch clients, you will help drive growth while building long-term, trusted client partnerships through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of target accounts, selling Infobip’s products and services directly and through partners within your designated territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing leads, current clients, and prospective key accounts.
- Build tailored solution proposals that address client needs across the full application scope.
- Manage the full sales cycle through forecasting, account strategy, resource allocation, and planning.
- Develop, present, and sell compelling value propositions, including negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
- Support end-to-end client relationships during the first 12 months post-acquisition, including retention, cross-sell, upsell, and new logo growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking progress across prospects and clients.
What makes you a strong fit
- Proven experience selling complex products or services in a B2B environment, managing non-routine and highly complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to develop and execute account strategies, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experience building solution-based proposals that combine technical and business considerations.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial terms and closing deals with mid-to-large accounts.
- Ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships and maintain account health over time.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to win new business.
- Experience working with high-touch or strategic client segments.
