Ecosystem Marketing Manager, Channel and Distribution, Asia Pacific

The Ecosystem Marketing Manager will focus on our Distribution and Channel Partners to drive targeted partner campaigns and impact on partner-led pipeline. The ideal candidate exercises good judgment and works independently with minimal instruction to implement partner marketing strategies and resolve moderately complex issues in ecosystem engagement. This role develops and delivers integrated programs that enhance partner value, contributing to broader business and branding objectives.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans for various partner types
• Create compelling joint marketing content (e.g., case studies, solution briefs, social assets)
• Design and manage co-marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and webinars
• Establish and maintain consistent communication with ecosystem partners
• Track and analyze partner program performance to identify areas for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, partner management) to align marketing efforts
• Conduct competitive and ecosystem research to guide program strategy

What you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years in partner or ecosystem marketing & execution, marketing technology, or digital transformation
• Strong experience in building marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed global organizations.
• Understanding of martech stacks and customer journey will be beneficial
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
