Product Marketing Manager

We’re building OpenHands, an open-source AI platform that empowers engineering teams to accelerate development, automate workflows, and integrate intelligent coding assistance into real-world software delivery.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help craft the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that helps developers and engineering leaders understand our value.

What You’ll Do

• Help own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features
• Create technical content that resonates with developers (product briefs, demos, competitive assets)
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate capabilities into customer value
• Support Sales with pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive insights
• Conduct market and competitive research to refine strategy and positioning
• Collaborate with DevRel on community content and launch programs

What You Bring

• 3-6+ years of Product Marketing experience at an enterprise SaaS or developer tools company - open source experience is definitely a plus
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, CI/CD, APIs, cloud, DevOps)
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both the Developer and the Executive buyer
• Experience driving successful product launches and GTM programs
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Curiosity about AI, developer productivity, and open source
