Senior Design Specialist

We’re looking for a Web & UI Designer who can elevate the look, feel, and effectiveness of our digital experiences. This is a hands-on design role that blends UX thinking with strong visual and UI execution. You’ll design polished page layouts, build campaign and product visuals, shape UI components, and bring ideas to life across our corporate website and demand gen programmes.

You’ll work side-by-side with our UX Design Lead, collaborating on concepts, reviewing design explorations, and evolving the design system. You’ll also partner with developers, SEO, content, demand gen, brand, and product marketing to make sure our designs land cleanly and perform well. You’ll also deliver occasional high-fidelity prototypes to support concept validation, stakeholder alignment, and UI experimentation — using Figma’s prototyping tools to bring interactions and flows to life.

Key Responsibilities

UI & Web Design

• Design high-quality UI layouts, visuals, and page concepts for new and existing website sections.
• Shape the visual direction of pages and modules in partnership with the UX Design Lead.
• Translate UX inputs (wireframes, flows, structural logic) into polished, responsive UI.
• Create digital assets for product storytelling, campaigns, features, and web modules.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency through our design system and component library.

UX Implementation & Web Production

• Design campaign landing pages for demand gen programmes.
• Ensure designs support strong usability, accessibility, performance, and CRO best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, content editors, product marketing and campaign teams to land changes accurately and efficiently.

Design System & Prototyping

• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for new experiences, flows, and concepts.
• Contribute to UI components, patterns, and visual system evolution.
• Support rapid prototyping for experiments, design reviews, and early-stage ideas.
• Partner with the UX Design Lead to maintain a consistent, scalable design system.

Testing, Iteration & Insights

• Support A/B and multivariate tests with UI concepts and hypotheses.
• Review behavioral analytics (FullStory, Amplitude) to identify design improvements.
• Participate in QA and UAT to ensure designs launch pixel-perfect and device-ready.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Brand, and Web Content teams to translate business goals into clean, effective digital designs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and ensure requirements are understood before build begins.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4+ years experience in web design, front-end UX implementation, or digital experience delivery (agency or in-house).
• Skilled in Figma and familiar with design system principles.
• Proficient in Figma prototyping, including interactive flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Comfortable translating UX logic into interactive prototypes for testing or stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Strong attention to detail, confident creating high-quality visual assets and UI refinements.
• Experience working to accessibility (WCAG) standards and responsive design principles
